Oswestry dental lab has enthusiastically embraced that the future is digital and the future is available now and available for all standards of work.
Digital dentistry and CAD/CAM allows us to provide consistently high reliability and predictability, precise fitting and customised restorations in a full range of materials. At this moment in time we currently have two medit identica hybrid scanners (Identica Hybrid is Medit’s fastest and most accurate scanner). Using worldleading Exocad software that together allows us to scan, design and mill in-house an extensive range of materials, Zirconia, e.max, pmma, and wax. We are able to offer a wide range of services & restorations available including: – Diagnostic Wax-Up – Veneers – Inlays⁄Onlays – Full Shell Crowns Pressed Ceramics Made from monolithic lithium dislocate ceramic, e.max is known for esthetics. e.max is often used as an alternative to PFMs. If your patient is looking for optimal esthetics in their dental restoration, IPS e.max is the solution. Providing flexural strength of 360-400 MPa, e.max is ideal for crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays. Porcelain Crowns Bonded to Metal Oswestry Dental Lab fabricates a porcelain fused to metal crowns and bridges using digital designed frame support and hand layered ceramic for a remarkably versatile restoration. Porcelain Crowns – Bonded to Zirconia. A zirconia coping and feldspathic porcelain is layered to provide better translucency and esthetics. Zirconia has the advantage over PFM that looks more like teeth. Digitally fabricated for ultimate precision, the zirconia also eliminating dark areas at the margin. Digital scans of any model to be viewed in occlusion and sent back via email or usb drive.
