Our crown and bridge department consists of a team of highly experienced technicians who can provide bespoke prosthesis for any case large or small.

We offer a full range of products ranging from simple porcelain fused to metal crowns through to Elite multi shaded diagnostic wax ups. 1) PFM. Porcelain fused to metal. Build ups can range from simple NHS crowns to multi shaded complex crowns and full arch bridges for Private patients. 2) E-MAX. Used for single crowns, inlays and small span bridges for private cases. An incredibly versatile finely grained porcelain offering perfect aesthetics. 3) Zirconia. A perfect product offering the strength of metal but aestheics of porcelain. Zirconia can be layered with E-Max for the ultimate in strength and light transference for the more discerning patients. 4) Implants. The Laboratory can offer a full range of implants from our dedicated implant specialist team who are trained to Platinum status in Straumann and have a wealth of knowledge with different implant systems available. 5) CAD/CAM. We can now construct a range of products designed and milled by our in house highly experienced CAD/CAM technician. 6) Diagnostic Wax up. These can range from a simple white wax design to our Elite multi shaded waxups set on a semi adjustable Denar articulator with options for set group function, increasing OVD and canine guidance using facebow records. The Laboratory openly invites digital imaging for problematic shade cases which can be sent either by email or through an encrypted popular Application. Shades and style preferances with patients can also be taken by the head of ceramics at the Laboratory by prior booking.
